We are currently looking for a managing editor to join the team. Main responsibilities include:

-Setting and evolving the editorial direction for all projects
-Hiring, managing and assessing of all editorial personnel.
-Writer assignment, workload management, keeping to schedule whilst ensuring
high standards of content.
-Assessing of all incoming editorial requests.

Experience:
-Proven track record of writing and editing for Japanese publications.
-Experience of managing writers and translators.
-General marketing knowledge and new media savy.
-Good communications in Japanese and English.
