A graduate program at Tokyo University in innovation has a 10 page brochure (not a lot of text) that will need English editing to make it more smooth and appealing. No need to refer back to Japanese version (which also means that if meaning is really unclear you’ll need to ask them what they intend). Their budget is only 30,000 yen. I would just introduce you and ask you to deal with them directly. I am not directly involved in this group, but I know some of the people and it seems like a worthy as well as intelligent enterprise so if you have a little time and the budget is not a problem.
